Tips on Logging In, Password Changes, and the Home Page


Do not share your User ID or Password

Sharing User IDs and Passwords is a HIPAA Security violation. Each individual must have his or her own unique user is and password to access the HealthXnet system.

Forgot your Password?

Your Account Administrator(s) can reset passwords for your organization, or you may contact the HealthXnet Customer Service desk for additional assistance.

Change Password

Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one number and one letter. You may not reuse a recent password.

Log In

Username and Password are case sensitive and are required to enter healthxnet.com. If you do not have a password and username or if you forget your username or password, please contact Customer Service.


If you forget to enter either the password or the username you will be prompted with an error message at the top of your screen.

-Username is a required field


If you do not correctly enter your username or password, you will be prompted with an error message at the top of your screen.

-Login failed

After logging on, you will be directed to the Disclaimer Page.

Home Page

Please frequent the home page for announcements relating to the site. The Logout link on the menu will immediately log the user off with no additional warning
